Bonus day, Kinda - Apr 15

I say Bonus Day today because I had a fucked up week and didn't get to bag my deadlift or press day. Like any Sunday, just trying to get some more presses under the belt. Should be doing some pull ups too, but.

Most days, I just want to die. Still, here we are, pressing on.
