Pearl Harbor day, time to bomb the quads. But lightly, like a paper-skinned Zero. Not interested in the clicking lower back that Sunday's cleans and KBs gave me, and not necessarily trying to apply mass to the lower extremities. Going light, going hi-reps, going to get under 200#/8%.
