Put on the running shoes and tooled over to Costco to pick up the car, once the new awesome Bridgestones got themselves slapped on. 10 minute mile pace is hard, when each step is a back spasm. Gonna get this lower back twitch sorted out through stretching, strengthening and (am I saying this again?) dropping a few lbs.
7 hours, 72+ hours. PE: 6. 15 total. 218/12.
