Out and back with a few accelerations to Yokuts. 10 glides-to-hilltops there by the drinking fountain. Easy does it, not going to aggravate the achilles.
On the return, grabbed a couple cinder blocks and Ranger shuffled with them on my shoulders (mostly, they didn't feel good at all, in any position).
8 hours/48 hours. 45 minutes total, PE: 7. 217/14.
