15 minutes warm up & checking on Nowhere to Hide, then up onto the bike trail for:

.1 mi strides/25 air squats, go again on 2:00.
The first 3 I did on the minute, 1:30 and 1:30. But they're better on the 2:00, trust me.
8.5 hours. 29 minutes total; PE: 6. 219/17.
