Off Schedule - May 5

It's been like this for a week now. Just a mixed up mess. So long, Burpees (guess I should find a few minutes to blog about that end) ... beat 100, didn't catch 150. Not really afraid of the suck though anymore. I am afraid that there's little time and much ado.
Anyway, off to cotillion to see my beautiful kids. Before that though:

4 rounds:
10 pull ups/10 ring dips
+10 pull ups

7 hours. PE: 5. 219/15.
