S Run, redux - June 11

Trying to shake off this bad shoulder. Can't press at all.

6 sets of max rep ring rows,
one round of front squats,
then onto the road.

Same run as yesterday, with LBH. Tenth on, tenth off, alternating the off walks forward and backward.
2.5 mi, 25 mins.
