There've been other workouts this week, but mostly of the "AR squeeze-in" variety. That, and my right hand feels like it's broken inside. I did the friction pull ups on an oversized pipe in Shell Beach, and that was a saving grace, since grasping anything makes me feel like my hand's going to open uncontrollably. Today sucked, I nearly drove by the gym and headed home. I didn't feel like it, didn't feel up to it. But I did it.
